Thursdays, 10:00am - Have fun getting fit while you move to this toe-tapping, Zumba-inspired workout which combines Latin and international music with some of your old favorites. Tuesdays, 7:00pm - Zumba Gold is a modified Zumba class for active older adults or beginners. Zumba Gold recreates the original Latin-inspired dance party moves you love at a lower impact & lower intensity. Robin Redmond, Certified Instructor. Fee: $4/class or $20/6 classes. Pay at front desk.

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9:00am - This seated workout includes aerobics, strength, flexibility and balance work. This class is for you if you want to keep moving, prevent falls or returning to exercise after a break. All equipment is provided. April Baker, certified instructor.
Wednesdays, 9:00am - This class has cardio and strength components. Participants can select a preference of step or regular aerobics. The format is middle to high level. April Baker, certified instructor.
