Generations offers a variety of exercise classes to suit all needs and abilities.

Flexercise
Monday & Friday, 9:00 - 10:00 am

An aerobic work-out featuring up-beat music and strength training.  Taught by Jean Tornetta, certified instructor. Donation is $1.00 per class.

Hatha Yoga
Tuesday & Thursday, 10:00 -11:00 am

This class can help you enhance flexibility, balance and strength.  Taught by Jean Tornetta, certified instructor.  Cost is $14.00 for 8 classes or $3.00 per class

Sit, Stretch & Flex
Tuesday & Thursday, 9:00 - 9:45 am

Seated exercise class for strength and flexibility. Taught by Jean Tornetta, certified instructor.  Donation is $1.00 per class.

Tai Chi
Mondays, 10:30 -11:30 am

This class can help you improve balance and coordination, and increase muscle mass, strength and stamina, and endurance and flexibility.  Taught by Darlene Cianci, certified instructor.  Cost is $14.00 for 8 classes or $3.00 per class.

Low & Go
Tuesday & Thursday, 8:15 - 9:00 am

This low impact walking aerobic class is designed to help with balance and reaction time – to help you stay functional and independent.Taught by Jean Tornetta, certified instructor.  Donation is $1.00 per class.

Step Interval
Wednesday, 9:00 - 10:00 am

This middle to high level interval class has both cardiovascular and strength components.  Your choice of step or regular aerobics.  Taught by Jean Tornetta, certified instructor. Donation is $1.00 per class.

Balletone
Wednesdays, 4:00

Balletone is a low-impact, variable intensity workout combining Ballet, Yoga and Pilates and done to music.  Incorporating a unique blend of strength, flexibility and cardio, Balletone leaves no muscle untouched.  EveryBODY can do it. You will incorporate basic ballet steps all while strengthening your core, legs and back.  Some pilates based floor work is involved but can be  modified for different abilities. Alyce Richardson, director of Barn Studio of Dance instructs. Fee:  $3 per class  or 6 classes for $15.00

Zumba! 
Thurs 11:15 –12:00
Instructor Paola will first demonstrate moves, then guide you through this medium/high impact aerobic workout that is “moving millions of people toward joy and health."  Beginners of varying abilities welcome.  Paola Dunyan, certified instructor

Fee:   60 + : $4 per class or 6 classes for $20
