Mindful Eating During the Holidays

It’s easy to overindulge during the holidays.  But there are ways to avoid weight gain without self-imposing harsh restrictions or dieting.  

According to the American Heart Association, "being mindful and paying attention to the food you consume could help you eat healthier, with more appreciation and intention.”

Attend a free Abington Jefferson Community Health "Help Yourself to Healthy Living" presentation by Sandy Bernstein, MSN, RN, CS, LMFT to learn how to maintain your weight during the holidays by practicing useful tactics such as mindful eating.
