Senior Safety & Prevention

The National Council on Aging says that scams targeting seniors have become so common that they’re now considered “the crime of the 21st century.” Both wealthy and low-income older adults are at risk for abuse and scams. Even more disturbing is that it’s not always a stranger who perpetrates these types of crimes.

Attend a free Abington Jefferson Community Health "Help Yourself to Healthy Living" presentation by Sandy Bernstein, MSN, RN, CS, LMFT to learn more about how you can protect yourself and others against abuse, frauds, and threats!
