Fitness Offerings

Meditation Temporarily suspended due to COVID-19 closure

Mondays, 10:00am - Enjoy a soothing and gentle class with guided meditation, stretches and breathing techniques that will renew and revitalize body and mind. Darlene Cianci, certified instructor. Fee: $3/class or $14/8 classes. Register at front desk.

Mondays & Fridays, 10:30am - Tai Chi Health, developed by the Arthritis Foundation, can help you: improve balance and coordination, relieve stress, increase muscle mass, strength, stamina, endurance and flexibility. Thursdays, 10:00am - Have fun getting fit while you move to this toe-tapping, Zumba-inspired workout which combines Latin and international music with some of your old favorites. Designed for all fitness levels including those with two left feet.  Kristin Messina, Certified Instructor.  Fee:  $4/class or $20/6 classes.  Pay at front desk.

Flexercise Temporarily suspended due to COVID-19 closure

Mondays & Fridays, 9:00am - Come join this vigorous one hour class featuring ½ hour of aerobics and ½ hour of strength work. All equipment provided. Robyn Earl, certified instructor.

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9:00am - This seated workout includes aerobics, strength, flexibility and balance work. This class is for you if you want to keep moving, prevent falls or returning to exercise after a break. All equipment is provided. Jean Tornetta, certified instructor.

Step Aerobics Temporarily suspended due to COVID-19 closure

Wednesdays, 9:00am - This class has cardio and strength components. Participants can select a preference of step or regular aerobics. The format is middle to high level. Taught by a certified instructor.  *This class will not be offered in June or July, 2018.
