Thursdays, 10:00am (THROUGH FEB. 23)
Join us for video viewings of the 8 week “Great Courses” series, The Symphony. Join us for a group viewing followed by a brief discussion (led by volunteer Dave). In this series, Professor Robert Greenberg guides the listener on a survey of the symphony. You'll listen to selections from the greatest symphonies by many of the greatest composers of the past 300 years. You'll also hear selections from some overlooked works that, undeservedly, have been forgotten by contemporary audiences. You can attend as many (or as few) lectures as you’d like. A $2 donation per person per class is appreciated. Registration required. Call our front desk at 215-723-5841.
