Yes we are open with programs and trips runnings as scheduled.

We will continue to provide M-F deliveries to our homebound Meals on Wheels clients, and we will continue to provide M-F take-out meals to our Center Participants.  Important changes to our take-out meal offerings become effective October 1.  Masks are now optional at Generations. Registration is still required for in person and take-out meals. See below.

Vertigo Away!

Vertigo is the sensation that you or your surroundings are moving.  It can cause you to feel unsteady, more likely to fall, and nauseous.  Come learn all about vertigo, including causes, typical presentation, treatment, and symptom management.  We will also discuss the role that the inner ear plays in balance and dizziness.
Presenting on the subject of vertigo will be Laura Bishop, PT, DPT, Cert MDT, ATC, EMT.  Her current areas of interest are orthopedics, vestibular therapy, and treatment for Parkinson’s.  She studied Temple University and applies what she learned at CORE 3 Physical Therapy in Hatfield PA.  To register for the free program, stop by our front desk or call 215-723-5841.
