1st Thursday, 11am - Acupuncture is an ancient and continually-researched medicine that enables the body to heal and relieve symptoms by inserting thin, sterile needles in specific points on the body. Kimberly Niezgoda, L.Ac. Board Certified Licensed Acupuncturist, offers seated group treatments ($20). Wednesdays - Pamper yourself with a haircut for only $6.00. Please use the sign up sheet at the Front Desk or call 215-723-5841 to schedule your appointment up to six weeks in advance. Walk-ins will be welcome up to a total of 25 people.
Myofascial Release (hands-on technique that applies gentle sustained pressure to eliminate pain and restore motion)

Zero Balancing Massage (fully clothed body-mind work using skilled touch)
Cost for a 30 minute Therapeutic Massage or Myofascial Release: $35. Cost for a 30 minute Zero Balance Massage: $25 for participants and $45 for non-participants. Payment is due at time of appointment.

Join Gina Polsinelli, M.A., Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, for an experiential guided meditation session focused on self-healing for successful aging. She will guide participants in self-talk to help tune out negative stereotypes and replace them with positive affirmations for aging.

Linda Martin, Reiki Practitioner Level III, is available for 30 or 60 minutes sessions on 4th Thursday mornings. Cost: $40 for one hour, $25 for 1/2 hour.
