back into Your Life Fridays, May 11-June 15 10:00-12:30 Help Yourself to Health is a free program for those living with conditios such as diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, heart disease, pain or other chronic concerns. This workshop is led by volunteers who have experience with their own chronic concerns and can help you take charge of your life.
