Veterans Affairs

Veteran Affairs Counseling

Most times, the counselor from MONTCO’s Office of VA Affairs will be able to help you over the phone with your needs. To set up an appointment call 610-278-3287.

Veterans Shuttle

Montgomery County is now providing a free shuttle service for veterans. The program is intended to assist residents of Montgomery County who are veterans of the US Armed Forces with transportation to and from VA medical appointments. Participants must be enrolled in the VA Healthcare system and have a scheduled appointment in order to be seen at a VA medical center.

The shuttle departs from the Generations front entrance on Mondays at 10:30am and travels to the Horsham Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). MONTCO recommends that appointments be scheduled between the hours of 11:30am and 2:00pm. If you are interested in the shuttle service or have other questions about how the Montgomery County Veterans Affairs Office can help you, contact Sean Haltom, Director: 610-278-3285.
