We are so excited to welcome Linda Kenyon back for a one-woman play all about the life of Julia Child. Julia Child was an American cook, author and television personality who introduced French cuisine and cooking techniques to America. This play is a love story that focuses on Julia’s private side – especially the relationship with her husband, Paul Child.
Enjoy a menu featuring some of Julia’s French specialities: Potato Leek Soup, Coq Au Vin, Dauphinoise Potatoes, and Haricot Verts. For dessert, we’ll enjoy Crepes with Fresh Cream & Strawberries. Cost: $25 includes your meal, choice of two French wines, plus coffee/tea, and this riveting one-woman performance. All proceeds from this fundraising event benefit our Center and Meals on Wheels programming. There will be no noon meal this day. Seating is limited, and reservations are required. Hurry! Registration opens May 21. Payment due at the time of registration (you are not registered until payment is received). Registration and payment deadline: May 28 in person, by phone (215-723-5841), or by mail. If calling, ask for the name of the program exactly as it is listed here.
